芯联芯发布：国际视野核心领导团队

尊敬的客户, 大家好：

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr OuYang Shichin as CIP’s Chief Strategy Officer, starting immediately, reporting directly to me.
我非常高兴地宣布，从即时起，欧阳士钦先生加入芯联芯任职首席战略官，直接向我汇报。

Mr OuYang comes to CIP from Silicon Valley after being in the computer system and handset phone IC business for over 20 years. His previous experience includes Sun Microsystems where he focused on the advanced research of the multi-core micro systems for the workstations. By 2008, he joined MediaTek to manage quad-core, multi-core and the heterogeneous core architecture, while he has participated on low power, mobile architecture handset IC in various design centers from Silicon Valley to Singapore, India and China. Mr OuYang is familiar with 5G CPU, especially MIPS baseband and modem derivatives, high-end RISC V products and the markets, considered one of the leading edged experts. He graduated from Taiwan Ching Hua University with a BSEE degree and a MSEE degree from Stanford University.
加入芯联芯之前，欧阳先生在硅谷，在计算机系统和手机集成电路业务领域有超过20年工作经验。欧阳先生此前曾就职于升阳电脑（Sun Microsystem），负责工作站多核微型系统先进技术的研究。
2008年，他加入联发科，管理四核、多核以及异构核架构业务，同时，从硅谷到新加坡、印度和中国的多个设计中心，他也参与低功率移动架构手机集成电路的研发。欧阳先生对第五代通信技术中央处理器（5G CPU），尤其在MIPS基带和调制解调器衍生技术（Modem Derivatives）、高端RISC V产品和市场等领域，被认为是业界领军专家之一。欧阳先生毕业于美国斯坦福大学和台湾国立清华大学，获得电气工程科学硕士和学士学位（MSEE/BSEE）。

Mr OuYang will lead two functions, firstly as a matrix system:

  CPU IP: led by Gracy Ge.
  Ecosystem and Software RD Center: led by YunQiang Su.

As we know that by H2 of 2022, we expect to establish a RD Center with 200 people under YQ, who will be the resident GM of the center, reporting to Mr OuYang in this function, OuYang’s email address is Shichin.ouyang@cipunited.com.
欧阳先生将领导两个技术团队，作为一个矩阵管理系统：

  CPU IP：负责人葛蕾女士；
  生态系统和软件研发中心：负责人苏运强先生。

We are equally pleased to pre-announce the milestone of CIP’s derivative work on Project XY, along with Mr OuYang’s on board. This dual core CPU IC has two different sub-core in a heterogeneous structure and builds on top of CIP’s own architecture to optimize the performance. By Q2 of 2022, we will make an official launch to celebrate its completion. The dual core system will be handed over to our customer for echo cancelation applications and etc by then. The work is the product of many months of hard work with three different groups, the current performance testing is in its final stage before mass production.
在欧阳先生加入的同时，我们同样高兴地提前宣布，芯联芯在XY项目（正式命名待定）中衍生技术的里程碑已经实现。该双核CPU集成电路有两个异构大小核并且搭建在芯联芯自有架构上以优化其算法效能。
在2022年第二季度，我们将正式启动XY项目的完成庆典。届时，该双核异构系统将交付给客户，用于回声消除等应用中。该技术是三个不同团队耗时数月辛勤合作的成果，目前的性能测试正处于量产前的最终阶段。
